Old & New Designs Crocheted Centerpieces Lunch Sets And Alphabets, Book No.15 by Sophia T. LaCroix.  The instruction book, published by the St. Louis Fancy Work Co., St. Louis, Missouri,  features cloth table ware,  alphabet and numbers. 

Book contains 15 pages.  Printed directions for 7 centerpiece table doilies edgings and a completely crocheted doily set.  In the back of the book, an especially nice luncheon set , with a pretty motif of a daisy pattern.  Matching napkins with initials can be made..  Another is a card tablecloth with initial. 

Although the book is not dated, it appears to be very early 1900's but before 1918

Condition of 7-3/4" x 10-3/4" book:  No torn or missing pages.  Some scuffing / soiling to the back cover.  Just normal handling that one would expect.
