A very nice original finish child's toy wooden rolling pin from the Depression era. Perhaps even earlier.  Nicely curved dowel handles which appear to be permanently affixed to the roller.  I assume it may be of maple wood. 

Length of the pin is 10-1/2" long, which includes the 2-1/4" dowel handle, on either end.  About 1" in diameter.
