Two lovely pieces of antique whitework embroidery trim for sewing or crafts. Dates from the last half of the 1800's to early 1900's. The finer small scale of the trims would be suitable for doll or children's underwear, dress etc.
White cotton, each of the pieces are 33" in length. Width is uneven.
As you notice at the upper edge, it has been torn unevenly the entire length.
So, measuring from the bottom of the point to the where the embroidery starts at the top, it is 1-3/8" wide. In other words you have the full width and length of embroidery to work but not the plain fabric.
More than likely the pieces have been used before but condition is good.
