A child's pretend play white Ironstone teapot, sugar and creamer. The toy set dates from the Victorian era and is a perfect size to display with dolls. A lovely shape with bulbous style, the handles of both the teapot and creamer are made with a series of delicate scrolls. Finials on both the lids of teapot and sugar. No markings on any of the pieces.
Measurement: the teapot is 3-3/4" tall to the top of finial x 1-1/2" diameter across the base. Sugar bowl is 2-1/2" tall to the finial on lid. Base of sugar is 1-3/8" diameter. Creamer is 2-3/8" tall x 1-1/8" diameter across the base.
Condition: Lovingly played with. Little hands sometimes are not careful, so you will find some flaws. The teapot does have a hairline and a small chip inside the rim. The lid is very nice. The handle of the creamer does show repair in a couple of areas. A couple tiny chips on the underside of the lid of sugar bow. Not visible from the outside.
