Here's a sweet white batiste doll dress with the Effanbee Bubbles label.  For your Effanbee compo doll, dating about 1920's to 1930's, the dress features a round neckline trimmed in lace.  It is sleeveless with lace edging.  The front of yoke is made of a white dimity fabric trimmed in a lace ruffle.  A baby doll style with full skirt falling to hem.  To accent the skirt, two lace insertions are sewn in.  Wide ruffle trimmed in lace edges the hem  Dress opens partially down the back and closes with a pin.  Effanbee tag is sewn into the neckline of the dress.  Freshly cleaned and iron, the dress is ready to wear.  Virtually no damage ~ only a few stitches are need to attach the lace to the fabric where it has become separated,  This is only in one or two short areas.

As I'm not really a doll authority, I can't give you the size doll the dress would fit  so I will give you the measurements.  From neckline to hem, the dress is 14-1/2" long.  Shoulder across to shoulder:  6-1/2" across.  Chest:  17" around the chest.  If I haven't given you a measurement you need, I will be happy to do so.

Petticoat and bonnet:  Both of these items were with the doll dress, however, it is questionable if they are actually manufactured by Effanbee,  I'm inclined to think not, however, since they were found together, they are being sold together.

The full slip is made quite nice.  I believe it is home sewn.  A nice tuck detail at the neck line and one on either side of the back opening.  Perhaps to make smaller to fit a doll.  The full skirt is attached at the waist.  Narrow lace trim edges the hem line.  No fastenings on the back open.  Just pinned closed.  Also the petticoat is slightly longer than the dress.  Another indication they didn't go together.  Freshly laundered with no evidence of flaws.  Measurements:  15" long from the shoulder to the hem.   17-1/2" around the chest.  18" around the waist.

The bonnet ~  Now this is just adorably sweet!  It is white tulle net with lace trimming around the face area,  The wide, rather flat ruffle, features tiny pink flower embroidery and two rows of lace edging,  Two light blue satin bows trim either side of the bonnet.  Bonnet has cream silk lining.  It, too, is in very nice condition.  You may find a pin dot hole, although I didn't see any.  One of the bonnet bows has some oxidation at the end of streamer.  Size:  7-1/2" at the edge of the neck line from side to side.  9-1/2" at the edge of the face area from side to side.
