Great advertising package of black and white glass head hat pins from the Victorian or Edwardian era.  Neat advertising graphics for The Mascot Superior English Made Hat Pins on the one side.  The other side features a Victorian / Edwardian maiden.  The card is complete with 12 hat pins. 6 of one color and 6 of another.  Pins are 7" in length. 

Condition of packet is very nice for the age.  A small amount of wear of the paper from normal handling.  Hat pins look to be in good condition.
