A beautiful old lace remnant piece from a late Edwardian or early 1920's dress. Made of a gold tulle netting background, an embroidery work of flowers and curlicues of silk or rayon thread completely cover this yardage scrap.

Very elegant looking. It appears to be hand work but not sure it is. Regardless, it is quite lovely and I am sure from a rather expensive dress in its day.

The length of the yardage is 48" long and has one seam at the center (making each piece 24" long). Now the width varies a bit as it has been cut. 10" wide at one end and 8" wide at the other end.

Condition is good and quite usable.

Making doll clothing, slow sewing or scrapbook journal projects, this scrap would surely make a statement.
