Oh, I love this Ermine hat /bonnet!  What young girl wouldn't have felt very special wearing it. If you are from the vintage years of the 1930's or 1940's, you may remember.  The shape is really cute with a shaped brim at the front, curving low to the front sides. 

From this point, the hat curves upward, then dipping to a "V" at the center back. Outside of the hat is covered in black fur, as well as the inside brim. The remainder of the inside is black felt.  The one side is embellished with two Ermine heads, with glass eyes, and tails.

You will find a bit of normal wear but a very nice hat.  A small amount of fur loss, or rub, to the fur on one of the animal's ear area.

Size:  14" along the brim area, from one side to the other.  13" along the back of the hat, from one side to the other.  Would fit a girl about 7 to 10 years of age.
