The duo fabric of a solid brown combined with an interesting calico gives a well proportioned balance to this doll blouse from the 1890's.  The solid color is used for the trimming of the wide cuffed sleeves, wasit line, neck trimming and insert of the center front.  Five china buttons fasten the back of blouse. 

Body of the blouse is lined in the tinest of black white check cotton fabric.  Sleeves are not lined.  Although a slight fading, the blouse is in very nice condition. 

Size measurements:  6-1/2" long from the neck line to waist.  5" across from shoulder to shoulder.  11" around the chest.  9-3/4" around the waist.  Sleeve length is 5" long. 

Dates from the 1890's Victorian era.
