A pair of hand knitted cream wool baby stockings, socks or leggings.  Dating from the 1920's or 1930's, the pair fit over the knee to keep a baby warm.  Ribbing at the top of stockings laced with pink satin ribbon to adjust the fit around the leg. 

A decorative pink knitted stripe at the top edge, as well as several places in the body of the stockings.

Length of the stockings from toe to top is 7-1/2"long.  Toe to heel is 3-1/2"long.

Nice condition.
