A lovely baby bonnet infant cap in a fine tulle netting in what I believe is Brussels applique. The strings which adjust the fit are also very fine.  Dating from the early part of the 1800's to mid century.  

Measurement along the neckline of the bonnet is 9" from side to side. Measurement along the face area, side to side is 11". Off white in color.

Condition is very nice ~ especially for the age.  Just a few tiny holes in the tulle which is amazing to find something this old in such nice condition.

A nice historical piece for display or study.
