Vintage 1930's Congratulations on Your Engagement greeting card.  The sweet graphics of the card cover features blue birds and a garden scene.  There are two pages inside the card with one a printed verse.  A ribbon bow ties the pages and cover together.  No markings as to publisher. 

Size of the card is 4" x 6". 

Condition is good but not perfect as the cover has some light colored smudges.
